About Dr. Mark Breiner, DDS blank Mark A. Breiner, DDS is a graduate of the Temple University School of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry since 1971.  He served as a Captain in the Unites States Army for two years, where he was appointed head of Dental Prosthetics at the White Sands Missile Range .  In 1973, Dr. Breiner established a private practice in Fairfield, Connecticut .  He was among the first proponents in Connecticut in the 1970’s of dental treatment for TMJ sufferers.  As his TMJ patients found relief from their suffering, other seemingly unrelated complaints disappeared as well.  This led Dr. Breiner to realize that dentistry, viewed as part of the “whole person,” was a missing link that needed to be explored.  In 1999, after more than twenty-five years of exploration, Dr. Breiner published his first edition of Whole-Body Dentistry™, a book that reveals the dental component as the ‘missing piece to better health.’ To date, more than 30,000 copies of Whole-Body Dentistry have been sold world-wide.   Dr. Breiner is a member and Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry; a Charter member, Board member, and Fellow of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology; a member of the American Academy of Biological Dentistry, the Holistic Dental Association, and the National Center for Homeopathy.  In addition, during 2003 and 2004 Dr. Breiner served as president of the International Academy of Oral medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT).  Dr. Breiner also has further educational training in Nutrition from University of Brideport ’s Masters in Human Nutrition.     Dr. Breiner has lectured throughout the country to both professional and lay audiences on Rehabilitative Dentistry, Heavy Metal Toxicity, Electro-Dermal Screening, Homeopathy, and Biological Dentistry.   A seasoned and sought-after expert in the media, Dr. Breiner addresses the isssues of Whole-Body Dentistry™, the risks associated with traditional dentistry and the successful integration of holistic dental concepts and procedures with conventional dentistry.  He has appeared on radio on the Wisdom Network, The Aware Show, Atkins Radio Show, Gary Null Radio, and others.  His TV appearances include WLS-TV and WMAQ-TV in Chicago , feature segment with FOX-TV, a feature with Turning Point RNN-TV, as well as many other media outlets nationwide.   Dr. Breiner is currently in private practice in Trumbull, Connecticut .  His practice has been mercury-free for over twenty-five years.
